I have been there myself and feel your pain and wish I had someone to help dig me out of the ditch. That’s exactly what led me to embark on a new career path and go back to school to get a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative health and to keep learning about gut health. Even more so, all our body’s systems are connected so understanding and putting each individual’s health map together is where I come in.

Functional nutrition looks at the root cause of imbalances in the body and can use food or medical nutrition therapy to better support the body to better support itself. Integrative health and wellness takes into account how a person’s unique lifestyle plays a role in their health. What we eat, our lifestyle (sleep, stress, exercise, emotions), toxin exposure in our environment, current and past medical history, mental health, diagnosed conditions, and medications- these all play a role in our health.  I am here to help you put the pieces together!  As a digestive health specialist I look at imbalances in the gut and how they may be impacting other systems in the body (brain, hormones, liver, metabolic).
